Participate in our community garage sale. It’s FREE! All you have to do is bring a basic list to the office or email us, giving us a brief description of what you want to sale. For example; furniture, baby clothes, military gear, bikes etc. Your apartment number, garage number and best contact number.

We will do all the hard work for you and post it online. The gates will be open to the public and the community on Saturday May 19th, 2012 from 8am-12pm. The office will supply hot coffee, energy drinks, juice, donuts and more to replenish you from all that moving. We hope to see you bright and early!

In an effort to increase the usability and expand the functionality of our online services, our current resident portal is receiving a much needed upgrade. We are excited to announce that on February 16th, a new and improved version of our online services will be launched.

Q: Does this update affect me?
A: If you have registered an account in the past, please note that your login will no longer allow you access. You will need to re-register. If you have not previously registered, what are you waiting for? Now is a great time to discover the ease of use an online account can provide.

Q: How do I register?
A: Registration is quick, and can be done in 3 easy steps!
Go to: www.trinity-oceanbreeze.com
Click on “Resident Login” from the main menu
Click on the ENROLL NOW button in the top right corner
Follow the prompts given. Your name and birth date or last four digits of your social security number must be entered exactly the same as on your contract.

Q: I set up reoccurring payments in the old system. Will they continue?
A: No. To protect your information, if you have set up reoccurring payments in the old system, they will not transfer to the new system. All reoccurring payments have been deactivated. Please re-register with the new system and follow the prompts to schedule future reoccurring payments.

Q: Can I access my account from my smart phone?
A: Yes! To better serve you, when you go to www.trinity-oceanbreeze.com from a smart phone, iPhone, android or tablet you will automatically redirect to a mobile friendly version of the new portal. Scroll to the bottom where you will see an option for “Resident Login”.

Q: Can I access my account from Facebook?
A: Yes! From our community Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/OceanBreezeApartments you will see an option under our profile photo called “Resident Portal Integration”. From this app you can access your account without ever leaving Facebook.
